So, just to give a little back drop, if you didn't know, I wasn't very sure if I wanted to come to Haiti this summer....although I do remember vaguely saying that I felt like I wouldn't be around for the summer but I didn't know why..
So, to make a backdrop story short, I wrestled with the decision on whether I should go to Hait this summer or not because there was so much that I had planned for the summer, but you know what the word says about our plans. After much deliberation, tears and finally just seeking God's will in prayer (I was avoiding it) He revealed to me that He wanted me to go for the entire summer in just a quiet knowing. (Proverbs 19:21)
So....training camp was interesting to say the least, I wasn't really sure what I was getting into. I thought I was just going on a missions trip, but God's plan for me was to be a leader of mission trips.
